Reviews and Ratings
This hotel is a gem! The rooms were incredibly clean and pretty, offering great comfort and spotlessness, though they could use a bit of an update. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to be friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect, close to various restaurants and shops, making it exceptionally convenient for exploring.
The hotel had a convenient location and friendly service, although the room was dark and had a bit of a musty smell. The dining option was limited but the amenities were enjoyable. Value for money was fair.
My stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were quite dark even during the daytime, but they did have a nice balcony overlooking the pool area. The staff did a great job cleaning my room, but the location of my room under the stairs meant no view or light.
I absolutely loved my stay at the hotel! The rooms were like cozy apartments, super spacious and clean, although the bathroom had a strong chlorine smell. Being charged upon check-in was a bit unusual, but it made me feel like I was in my own little apartment rather than a typical hotel.
The hotel has an excellent location within walking distance to many restaurants and the downtown area of Palm Springs. The rooms are a bit outdated and could use some upgrades, especially with the furniture. The service was very nice and friendly. The location is great, just off the main drag in the center of Palm Springs. However, more food and drink availability would enhance the overall experience.
My stay at Palm Mountain was filled with ups and downs. The rooms, while quite private with a balcony, overlooked construction and needed a little modernizing. The service ranged from friendly and professional to apathetic at times. The location was a little oasis just off the main road, making it ideal for exploring Palm Springs. Unfortunately, the outdoor area felt more like a cement box than a relaxing space.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were nice, clean, and just what I needed for a relaxing stay. However, the service was lacking friendliness, and the dining options were a bit disappointing without breakfast included. On the bright side, the location was great, very central and convenient for exploring Palm Springs.
The hotel rooms had all the essentials like a safe, fridge, microwave, and pool towels, but could use an interior facelift as they felt a bit tired. The atmosphere was more like an apartment than a hotel. The air conditioning needed to run all night, making the room a bit stuffy. Overall, the rooms were okay but could benefit from some updating.
My stay at the hotel was pretty good overall. The rooms were clean and had no odors, despite being a bit noisy at times. The view of the mountains and pretty gardens was a nice touch. The service was friendly, even friendlier than the office staff, and very accommodating. The location was excellent with easy access to the center of Palm Springs and great restaurants. The dining options were limited, but the hotel offered some pre-packaged products. The facilities were nice and well-maintained.
